MERCHIX LLC is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer selling custom apparel, drinkware and everyday accessories. We operate entirely online and ship physical goods direct to retail customers worldwide.
The model
Made to order,
on purpose.
Conventional merchandise retail begins with a guess: how many units of each size and colour will sell. Guess high and the surplus is written off. Guess low and the customer leaves.
We removed the guess. MERCHIX holds no inventory at all. When an order is placed, it is routed to a print-on-demand production partner — in North America for North American addresses, in Europe for European ones — where the item is printed or embroidered and dispatched by courier direct to the customer.
It means a slightly longer wait than pulling a box off a shelf, which we state on every product page before purchase. In exchange, nothing is overproduced, every size stays available, and we can offer the full range without carrying stock risk.

Structured six-panel caps with direct embroidery, and rib-knit beanies finished with a woven label.
Mugs and bottles
Ceramic mugs with wrap-around print, and vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottles with a powder-coated finish.
