- Email and support tools — to correspond with you.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising pixels. Cookies or similar storage may be set strictly to keep the site secure and functioning. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated and consent requested where the law requires it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
7. International transfers

10. Marketing
We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order-related emails such as confirmations and dispatch notices, which we must send to fulfil your order.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, multi-factor authentication on business accounts, and established service providers. No system is completely secure, but we take steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
12. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
